(Standard Operating Procedures), and a proprietary management platform, requiring
all franchise stores to strictly implement Dongdong's service guidelines.
Certified Store:
DCar provides customer traffic leads, while certified stores
service these orders in accordance with Dongdong Car Care's service standards. DCar
does not impose requirements on store operations or decoration.
